Sweet, creamy, sinful Korean-style Potato Salad (our guilty pleasure!) gets a healthy makeover in our Wanting Kimchi creation.
Our secret recipe features fluffy hand-mashed premium potatoes mixed with just-creamy not-OTT amount of premium mayonnaise. To make good on our healthy promise, we add generous amounts of juicy, freshly-chopped apples, cucumbers and eggs for a crunchy mouthfeel, and antioxidant plus protein boost.
There aren't any butter, cream added, which makes this recipe guilt- and dairy-free. Using minimal salt and with no added sugar, there's absolutely nothing you wouldn't like about it, maybe except you wished you ordered more of it ;)
This is a seasonal banchan that's made to order, please keep it refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days upon receipt.
