We took a classic Chinese cold dish and gave it a Korean-inspired twist with a crazy delicious doenjang honey sauce and added Korean seaweed for this seasonal invention that's super limited in availability.
We painstakingly soak, clean and cook North American Sea Cucumbers to get the highly sought after gelatinous yet firm texture that we love and are willing to shell out top dollar for (at just $18 for a very decent and generous serving of sea cucumber, this special banchan will be the best lobang to snag this CNY).
We then combine it with crunchy cucumber, refreshing seaweed in an addictive doenjang honey sauce.
