As you've figured by now, we are great fans of Habanero pepper for its satisfying burn and unique fragrance. So to share the love, we've cold-infused quality extra virgin olive oil with Habanero peppers we've lovingly dried.
Use it anywhere you would use olive oil to add a spicy kick. AND, here's a hack courtesy of Kimchi Monster, when you've finished the oil, simply refill it with your own olive oil, wait a couple days/weeks and then party on!
We LOOOOOVE this hot oil + soy sauce sprinkled on tempeh, and then air-fried til it's crispy outside and slightly soft inside. It's such a delicious, healthy and easy-to-make banchan that will definitely steal the show at your next gathering.
