Our range of hot sauces combines our 3 great loves - fermenting, experimenting and (food) rescuing.
Expect clean-tasting, no nasties sauces that're spicy enough to be called hot sauce, but not psychopathically hot till it dissolves your stomach lining. So to the hot sauce fanatics who are asking, "can't you make it spicier?" Yes we can but we wouldn't.
All recipes are vegan with no added sugar (except Kimchi), and are pasteurised for shelf stability.
Apple Habanero
Upcycled apple cores meet slow-aged habanero pepper for cleanest, meanest tasting apple sauce ever. Key words: sweet, spicy, saucy.

Jalapeño JUNGLE S.E.A - least spicy, best-selling
We fermented our favourite regional green peppers, herbs (read CORIANDER), and out came the lushest jungle in the whole of South East Asia. Currently our least spicy sauce but best seller for its fresh, complex, and balance taste profile (or are you guys all coriander fans like us???).
