We were counting the days till we could bring back our beloved Kimchi Rice Dumpling! And this year, we managed to squeeze in more kimchi per dumpling, create deeper flavour profiles hehe, and the result is as delicious, if not better :)

Sweet Nyonya (not my usual go to, but comes together very well with kimchi!)
Delectably sweet-but-not-overly-so fine pork cubes perfectly paired with slow-aged signature cabbage kimchi wrapped in delicious glutinous rice

Savoury Hokkien
Tender five-spice pork chunks, buttery chestnut, and best-seller signature cabbage kimchi wrapped in fragrant glutinous rice

Contains pork, fish, shrimp, honey and soy products.

Note: As with food safety best practices, rice dumpling will be delivered FROZEN. Store in freezer for up to 2 months, or in chiller for up to 7 days.

Heating instructions:
Fully reheat dumpling (still wrapped in leaves) before consuming by steaming for about 18-20 mins, immersing in vigorously boiling water for 30 mins, or in the microwave  covered with a wet paper towel in 2 mins intervals till fully heated. Pro tip: let hot dumpling drip dry and cool down for 30 mins after reheating for the niccccesssssstttttt chewy glutinous rice!
